Yes those are the Goodyear Wrangler RT II's, but they are the 1st gen HUMMVW military tires.
36x12.50x16.5 bias ply, heavy, flat spot from setting, horribly wet road manners, but can be bought for cheap, 50 to 100 bucks all day long....
They can be cut into some better tread patterns too.

No, sadly. A month later my brakes failed and I rear ended a guy with a tow hitch. I used to go out to that spot a lot before I moved across the country. Did a lot of dirt races out there.

Yes I did Pickupman. Wasn't an easy decision, but I bought a '76 crew cab and my wife said I couldn't have both at this time. I will get another standard cab someday, but it will probably be a bump side.

Yup, you can play along..........was a nice color on your rig! Color coordinated with the house, even! Good choice on wheels too.....they look a little like the American Racing ones I've had before.
As it's a longbed thread (ew, that rhymed....sorry).......figured I'd throw Buford's posterior on here too.
