I've got a 2003 250 with 6.0L. Filled up at a local Speedway and developed a no power situation when trying to accelerate. Truck eventually died on me on the way to pick up fuel additive thinking it was a bad fuel thing. Replaced alternator as it wasn't putting out full charge and thinking I didn't have enough voltage to my injector pump. Didn't make a difference as it died second time and had to be towed. No gelling in the system and changed all filters. Possible EGR thing or should I drain tank, flush system and start over? It all seems too coincidental with the fill-up
Usually bad fuel means water. You indicate that you changed filters. Any sign of water when doing the fuel filters?
I would put an OBD testor on first just to see if it's prompted codes.
You might also check fuel psi too.
That "Speedway" station you refer to is a truck stop?

My WIF light would come on frequently but when checked it wasn't anything. I kinda started ignoring it and just would change fuel filters with each oil change, usually every 3000 miles
Not sure if you've figured it out yet but have you scanned for data?
Maybe the turbo not spooling due to a bad MAP hose, EBP line plugged, or the like.
I agree it's seems coincidental to your fill up but would love to hear what happened?
Batteries and alternator good?
Got gauges? Check FICM output should be 48V(at least 45). Check high pressure oil pump pressure, can't remember proper range.
