Just got the in-channel egr window vents or visors or whatever you call them lol and the front windows will not shut all the way with them installed. Anyone else run into this issue?
I'll have to look at them,I installed them as the instructions said so idk why they won't close, it's stops about 1/4 inch shy of closing all the way. Like it can't fit in the channel with the vents
Did you just install them today?
If so you may need to use two hands (one inside and one outside) and help to force the windows up all the way the first time to help seat the visors into place. On most sets that I've seen you are then supposed to leave the windows up all the way for a period of time (24 to 48 hours) to have them take a good seat into the channel felt and for the butyl tape to make a good bond.

Good advise! Too bad I can't give you reps again for a while...
My previous EX had the in channel also, you just need to work it in then leave the windows closed until spring ok, a couple days is fine.
I also lost one back one while driving with the windows down...
My current EX has the glued on type and say Ford on them ( not as nice in my opinion). But they still look new.

He's right, I sell and install these, as well as have them on my 2005 EX.
They'll be a little snug for a couple days. Use the palm of your hand and as the window gets up to the top push on the glass in an upward fashion and guide it up in there and leave it overnight.
I have the in channel vents as well. My fronts close but the last 1/8 th of an inch is slow.
I also lost a 2nd row while driving with that window open.
