Yes: there's an original-looking spotlight on my '57 panel (it's the usual Unity spotlight with a Ford plate). I could take some measurements off it.
It's possible that Unity still has a template for this application. http://www.unityusa.com
They make a range of mounts to match different body contours, and have a database of what mounts work with different applications, but I didn't find our trucks there.
Unity now sells parts and complete spotlights from their website.
