Well I'm looking for a 1966 T18 shifter **** with reverse all the way to the right and up... The ones I am finding have reverse all the way to the right and down..what the story..did they have two shift patterns?
Same shift pattern as my 64. Somewhere on here is a thread where ND I think gave me or posted the Ford part number for that ****. I did get an NOS **** using that number. I did a quick search and was not able to find the tread but I have never been any good at using the search function.

I don't mind spending the extra cash for NOS as long as its reasonable. One guy wanted $65+ shipping for a nos part... I can buy the same part reproduced for 20 ....
But I guess it doesn't hurt to call.... Will give them a call...Thanks again..
If a part is reproduced, no one would buy a like NOS parts unless they were "old school hard core" restorers that only buy NOS
I was unable to find NOS hood letters for a '63 Galaxie. At this same time (summer 2004), I attended a Studebaker Drivers Club car show/swap meet held in Charlotte.
After it ended, I drove to DC's place a few miles north of Charlotte in Concord. DC didn't have any NOS, so I bought repro's, but they were out, so they shipped them to me later.
When they arrived, the plastic envelope had a tiny Made in China label stuck on it. Disgusted, I threw them away, had the originals rechromed.
Unlike FoMoCo originals, the Chinese repro chrome parts do not have any copper plating. The Chinese plate chrome onto bare steel, if not waxed frequently, the parts begin to pit.
