Other than OEM, is Mishimoto it? Any body have any experience with any other? Is there any other? Mine is on its way out and starting to look at options.
Thanks

I never found an all aluminum radiator (no plastic tanks) from any of the chain type parts suppliers when I was looking. BDP (BulletProof Diesel) has one for a decent price but check the price on shipping at check out. It was going to be way high to my location. When compared to the price Mishimoto with free shipping from XDP I decided to spent the extra bucks and get it. Be careful about counterfits on Amazon and eBay.

You might give Ed over at FICM Repair a call and see what he has
access to in the market. Also I do agree with Rusty on the Amazon
and Ebay units.

We get and sell oem replacements all the time and they carry a lifetime warranty. Same supplier as the mirrors.

A rad replacement in a 6.0 is a 10 min job, so I don't push the alum ones. Can't beat a local,,, lifetime one. I've yet to see any adverse effects from them.

Could you provide the brand name of the OEM replacement radiator you use? Thanks.

With regards to my gas engines, I am a long time fan of US radiator but when it was time for a replacement for my wife's 1997 Couagr Sport, I called US and of course they said they don't build units for that new of a car and highly recommend:

Radiator Express
Radiator - Auto Radiators, Car Radiators @ Radiator Express Online
866-723-3977

I have to admit, I was impressed with the person I spoke with on the phone and my concern for import QA was paramount....they explained they carry many different lines and they track customer install issues for specific vehicles so when you input your info, their software seeks the product line that has the least issues......

The unit I received was a Modine, made in Mexico and when I pulled the oem unit and compared it very, very carefully to the replacement unit, I was impressed....it has been in the car for 6+ months and it is every bit as good as the oem unit (IMHO)......and my wife travels in almost gridlock type traffic daily.

I just did a quick link check and it looks like they do carry the radiator for your truck....
