I have a 92 f150 super cab with no back seat and I want to put 2 10" subs back there but don't know what the best ones are and what kind of amp and other things im new to this kind of stuff and need some help. Thanks
I just installed a system in a 93 excab. I used kicker 6.5 twoways in the front doors. They willdrop right in. I am using a 8 inch sub mounted behind the console. This is not my system but it's what my buddy wanted. The CS 6.5s by kicker are $69 at Sonic Electronics. I'd use 2 SoundQubed HDS200 ten inch subs. They are $95 each Put them in a ported box tuned to 40 hz with a 500 watt amp on them & you will be loud. They will take 600 rms Get the soundqubes 750 watt mono amp for $210 & you are setup.
I'm running one Skar vvw 10 inch sub in a 1.25 cubic ft box tuned to 30 hz. It is powered with a JL Audio 500/1 amp. I hit 140db with it
