Getting new system... right choices?

I am having a installer do this.. I am new to this field and need advice..
I have a Jensen VM9224 already-
Specs - Jensen VM9224 DVD receiver at Crutchfield.com

For 800$ installed in 3 hours. he offered the following

Box - 2 - 10"s
  • Air Volume .46 Cubic Feet each sub
  • Mounting Depth 5.5''
  • Material 5/8'' MDF
  • Dimensions 36''W x6.5'' BD x 3.5''TD x 16''H
4 Pioneer 125 watt speakers 5 x 7 ( that fit the f250 2004 )

2 Kicker CVT 10's

and 2 amps. ( Nitro = Brand )
1 - 1000w to run speakers
1 - 800w to run subs

and installed

What are your opinions? I go in Thursday with the budget of 800-900$
What should I 86? what should i keep?
The Sub Box and Subs are going behind the seat in the Super Duty. I need to keep racks under the rear bench, so had no other options.

Thank you

I have never heard of "Nitro" brand amps... When it comes to amps, subs and speakers most of the time you pay what you get for... Also it depends what you want out of it wether you want it to just hit hard or just alittle boom with the music... The kicker subs arent to bad there pretty common, pioneer speakers arent to bad as well. Head units dont really matter sense you have a amp for the speakers when you pay more for a head unit all your paying for is more fancy stuff like a display that shows the music playing, being able to watch a movie etc. Also when you look at any audio equipment look at the RMS rating not the PEAK the peak wattage means abosultly nothing the rms means what power in can handle continuously but be careful alot of cheap brands lie about there stuff for example a legacy amp is like $100 bucks and says its 2500 watt peak and 500 watts rms but it really is only like mybe 100 watts rms once again you pay what you get for... For example a JL audio (JL audio is top of the line) amp that is 1000/1 meaning it will do 1000 watts rms legitly but of course one of those amps is $650 plus... Just do your research before spending your money. If you can afford it buy kicker amps there also true wattage amps... If you got one JL 10w6 and ran a good amp to it, it would out bump those kicker cvrs any day and also the bass is alot cleaner along with the sound quality and one of those will run you around $250 bucks
