I had a lot of fun reading this, and now a disclaimer for the nieve...

Everyone posting here was joking! (I hope) Do not try any of the things discussed here on your engine! These things do not work.

The devices talked about here were never designed for use on an engine and when they fail the parts will go right into your engine and destroy it!

the reason the belt pulley aren't very big is because there is a set of gears in side the pulley driven sc's to change the speed of the turbine. or turbines .the best route to aspirate your trck is to get a set of headers turn the left header up mount a turbo from a 80's mitsubishi cuase there easy to convert and use pvc pipe for the induction . works well have it done to a 74 beetle

e-blower looks like a engine compartment exaust blower for my boat 35 bucks at boat US
if you look at any cars that are offered in turbo and non turbo you will see that the milage is the same or less then 5% different turbo with quite a bit more hp and tq numbers. right foot is in control of milage.
