I just ordered one that looks like that off ebay. $8 including shipping. Then I found your post about causing problems with your truck. Got me worried now. Seems as there are a slew really inexpensive ones, then there are those in the $60-$100 range.

Just to Add.
I use a BAFX bluetooth from Amazon without any problems, I have used a cheaper mini to keep in my tool box, it didn't give me any problems but it did upate the gauges slower.
Also if you don't like the longer adapters sticking out, I use a OBD extention cable ($8) that has a 90 degree connector on one end and I tuck the adapter under the dash.
