I am looking for a OBD II device for my truck. Would like to download an app for my iPhone 5 to be able to see all the codes and diagnostics. Can anyone recommend a good WiFi OBD II device and iPhone app that works well together?
Thanks
I was about to ask this same thing. I've seen some but they look pretty big, not sure I want something that big sticking out. How do the "mini" OBD2 adapters perform - Anyone know?

I have a mini, and it works fine, not really even visible unless I intentionally look..
I just ordered one that looks like that off ebay. $8 including shipping. Then I found your post about causing problems with your truck. Got me worried now. Seems as there are a slew really inexpensive ones, then there are those in the $60-$100 range.
Does the FORscan app show you the regen cycles as well
It does not have a dedicated regen light but you surely see your EGTs climb. And you can monitor your soot % and can predict when a regen is about to happen.
I use a BAFX bluetooth from Amazon without any problems, I have used a cheaper mini to keep in my tool box, it didn't give me any problems but it did upate the gauges slower.
Also if you don't like the longer adapters sticking out, I use a OBD extention cable ($8) that has a 90 degree connector on one end and I tuck the adapter under the dash.
