New to the site, and it has been awesome seeing so many with such rockin rides.....
I have an absolute nightmare so it seems on my hands..Switched over to Spyder Halo/LED headlights, looks great....


EXCEPT---Replaced my turn signal BULB 3157NAK with new LED switchbacks from DistantXtremes...Got the LED's and 60 OHM 50Watt resistors and installed them....now I am certainly not an idiot, and after my research I determined to splice the resistor black neg to turn signal socket neg- then the POS wire to the other outside wire of the socket. So on the 3 wire socket, both outer wires are now occupied by one end of a resistor...
Can anyone please verify for me if this is how they/or it needs to be done or am I wrong????? It's kina tough to get straight answers about LED's from some.
These Switchback LED's from Distantxtremes do NOT work for garbage. Will not change colors, signal turns off by itself after 3 clicks....Lights seem to do what they want on their own....no consistency in how things occur,
Can anyone please help....This is a pain in the rear holding me up on other stuff.....
