351 modified

Question will a 351 modified bolt up to a 1990 windsor manual housing.I was given the modified with a fresh rebuild.it now has 4.0 rods vs 3.50.

The 351M/400 share a bellhousing pattern with the 7.5L (460) gas engine. The small block Windsor V8s share the same bellhousing pattern as the 4.9L inline 6.

I think you can get the bell housing that will let you do that

That would be true if the truck had a Mazda M5OD or older T18?. If it has a ZF (F250/350) then the answer is no because they use an integral bellhousing.
