Rear drivers side brake dragging

I have an 04 F250. 2 weeks ago I replaced a caliper that was sticking. Now the same caliper is dragging. I replaced the caliper again since it was under warranty, the steel line running from the t fitting to the rubber hose and I've replaced the rubber hose. Still having an issue with the caliper dragging. I'm stumped.

How are the pins? Does the caliper release when you open the bleeder?
