Different transmissions. 99-04 use a 4R100 and the 05+ use a 5R110. Not sure about the wiring and mounts.

Hmm... a 3-valve, running on LP. Take many many many pictures of the intake and post them here

One of the biggest problems with transplanting a 3-valve motor into a 2-valve truck was the variable-volume intake plenum setup and how it requires a 3-valve computer to control it. It would be very interesting to see what kind of intake that industrial V10 uses.

Actually, are you SURE it's a 3-valve? Plastic or aluminum valve covers?

Looked like plastic , actually the intake looked like mine too ! I have a few pics they r not real clear but I'll try and post them . So there might be a chance it's not a 3valve , if it's not will it bolt to my Trans in my 99 ?

If it's a 2-valve, it'll fit - and all the sensors should hook up ...

I'm trying to remember the one thing different between the pre-2000 non-PI, and the 2000-up PI-head V10... someone mentioned a certain sensor was in a different place.

Do you have an EGR valve?

Where should I look for the egr valve ? If it a 3 valve would I be able to tell by looking in the exhaust port ?

I think the EGR is on the back of the intake.

Plain and simple: Plastic valve covers is 2-valve, aluminum is 3-valve.

Well it's been along couple of months but we finally got my industrial 08 v-10 swapped into my 99 v-10 truck ! Had to swap the timing cover , oil pan and pick up , oil cooler , water pump , and re route the heater hose , and spark plugs , but it's all in and runs perfect ! Thanks for all the help ! It was a pretty big job !
