I keep breaking the front u joint on the rear drive shaft. I know it has to do with the pinion angle and the fact that it has a 3/4 ton yoke on the t-case. The drive shaft sits at a very odd angle. My question is there a way to fix this without doing a whole 3/4 ton rear end swap and drive shaft swap? 6 inch suspension lift stock axles. 460 c6 conversion I'm stumped

 

What tcase are you using? if you are using the stock 1356 tcase then you should have a flange mount for the drive shaft that has a cardon joint which is very necessary.

 

I'm not sure what t-case it is but it's not stock

 

gotta know this stuff, help us help you. the next time you see a 92+ bronco in a parking lot go crawl under and take a look at the rear drive shaft or go to the wrecking yard.
