1980 300 6 cylinder. Have fire and fuel. New carb, module, plugs, wires, cap rotor, coil. Rotor turns. Compression is 120 to 130 across the board. Was running rough and had no power. Now will not start. 3-6 plugs wet with fuel before new carb. Can not figure out why it will not run. Any help will be much appreciated.
Just pulled number 4 plug and turned over motor with it in plug wire and it has solid spark.
Plug was not wet? Make sure you have fuel squirting down the carb when you push the throttle open.
I know you had fuel before. You are going to have to go over the whole thing again. If you look at your list it should at least cough. You are missing something. You just need to find it.
Plug on 6 got wet after carb install. 4 was dry this time when I pulled. It tries to start but just wont. Seems like it's flooded or timing is off but, I have checked that and it's good. Gear on dizzy is good as well. Has me completely stumped.
