Windshield wipers?

Windshield wipers?
When I turn my wipers on, no matter what speed I urn on they go up very slow, then stop when they get straight up, then don't go down for a day or two, and if you listin there's a popping sound that comes from under the hood. Also my heat/ac controller will not click into the floor, ac, defrost, mix or any other of he settings, with that Would I just need a whole new panel?

do you have delay wipers? if so the delay module may be bad.
or the wiper motor may be bad.
as to the heater controls, you have a vacuum leak, the heater doors are vacuum controlled, and when you have a leak they default to defrost only position.

My heat and ac doesn't work at all, except sometime it will do the floor and dash for a split second, but there's no resistance to the switcher, as for the wipers, I think they're on a relay
