vacuum wipers

Anyone know what year ford went to electric wipers on the trucks as standard equipment? Thinking 61-62, but it has been WAAAAY to many beers ago that i messed with one

I had 'em on my '64 F250. Hated them - If I slowed down, the wipers slowed down too!
