Has anyone removed their 6.0 flex pipe? If so, how much of a pain in the *** is this job? The bellow on my truck is leaking causing fumes in the cabin. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Watching it and doing it are two different things entirely... Just FYI... it's not hard, but it'll take you more than 10 minutes I bet.
Also, if you're smelling fumes in the cab, make sure to rule out a fuel leak at the upper fuel filter. The seal around the fuel pressure spring is known to eventually fail and leak.
Had that happen to me a few months ago... had to leave the heater off because as soon as I stopped at a stoplight or sign I couldn't breath... I at first thought it was leaking bellows til I saw the fuel dripping... right onto the thermostat housing.
You'll have to remove the turbo. A 10 minute youtube video is edited of-course.
For a first timer, you're looking at 1 hour to 1.5 hours to remove turbo.
Have the turbo install kit handy for installation.
Also a new passenger up-pipe to y-pipe gasket.

Thx for the install kit suggestion. I hadn't thought about that. As for the 10min removal, I don't expect it to be that easy but, the video doesn't cover removing the pipe so I'm not sure what else to expect? Nevertheless, instead of replacing it with an oem piece I'm thinking of going with the MBRP heavy duty pipe. Anyone have experience with this part?
I would add to have our expect to replace that bolts from the manifolds to the up pipes. That may depend on where you live but my boss ´ 03´ broke and mine on the 05' don't look like they should be reused if they come off. The time it takes you will vary greatly on your ability and tools. Do get the install kit and lube the o rings on the drain tube. I knicked mine the first time I reinstalled the tube. So the second time(and you will know by the oil leak) I made sure to lube the o rings well.

Super Duty Service had a video of it. Very shoddy workmanship and fit. Avoid it.
