1965 headlight problem

1965 headlight problem
After installing new gauge pod, I have no headlights. Parking lights work, turn signals work and brake lights work. Only headlights don't work. Already replaced headlight switch, dimmer switch. As soon as headlights are turned on the high beam indicator light comes on but doesn't switch off when dimmer is pressed. And still no headlights. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Mike1. After many hours of tracking wires, voltage and grounds, I finally came across a bad ground on the horn relay on radiator support. It's in the wiring diagram but took me quite a while to track it down. Problem solved. Thanks everyone for the replies, I really appreciate it.
