They look the same, but looks can be deceiving.
1967 F100/750's use dozens of unique parts that are not the same as 1968/72 F100/750's.
For example ~ 1967: You push the inside handles forward to lock the doors. 1968/72's have door lock *****.
1967 only: Door shells, door lock remote controls, window regulators/handles, inside door handles, door latches, vent frames/handles, armrests, door lock cylinder link rods.
1967/72 same: Door & vent glass, weather strips, division bars, door lock cylinders, upper & lower door hinges, outside door handles.
