We already have 2 that need a new stud and looks to be a major pain to replace just that piece.
You cannot replace it, as it's made as part of the vent frame.
SAME: 1961/66 F100/1100 - 1963/69 N/NT/T500/1100 - 1967/69 F800/1000.
MANDERBACH FORD in Temple PA has 1 = 610-929-3683.
NOS PARTS SOURCE in Olathe KS has 1 = 913-220-5746.
GREEN SALES CO. in Cincinnati OH has 5 = 800-543-4959.
CARPENTER NOS OBSOLETE PARTS in Concord NC has 117 = 800-476-9653.
DC has 117 right & 108 left (C1TZ-8121609-B) vent frames, but these are NOS originals.
NOS and OEM are fast going away
For these rigs aren't they?

Usually the Ford dealers (excepting Bob "Snake" Allen) are cheaper, because they're STUCK with the parts, as they cannot be returned to FoMoCo for credit and were "written off" years ago.
Meanwhile, the obsolete parts vendors make their living selling obsolete parts. When I list obsolete parts, usually list several sources (see post #2), so peeps can call and compare prices.
A member of this forum was looking for a pair of the telescoping mirrors that fit in the door slots, I found several pairs at dealers, obsolete parts vendors.
Member bought a pair from Haven Ford in KS for $17.50 each, the ORIGINAL MSRP.
A member of the 1973/79 forum was looking for the rarest of the rare, the lower race track moulding that fit behind the optional tool compartment.
I found ONE at Haven Ford, he bought it for $35.00 the ORIGINAL MSRP. On ebay, this moulding could have sold for 1000 bucks or more, as it's not repro'd.
I found dozens of 1970/91 6 1/2' Styleside bed rail kits, mostly at dealers. Originally, FTE member Phil105 wanted a set, I found him one at a dealer within a few miles on his home in GA, he bought it at cost ($116.00), then posted a pic of his truck with the rails on it. People went Ga-Ga! So I listed ALL the sources that had them, and within days after I listed them, all were sold, and most peeps paid between dealer cost and MSRP ($154.00).
One reason they sold out so fast is because DC had just repro'd them, wanted over 200 bucks for a set and they're made in China, which means there's no copper plating under the chrome plating.
Better keep 'em waxed, or they'll will begin to pit within a short time.
I believe DC has reproduced the vent frames for both left and right sides.
