IN my experience it's mainly the driving lights that folks object to. Do you have those? The ones in the ends of the bumper? I'd try turning those off if you don't need them. I've had several semi drivers complain about them on the interstates when I overtake them at night.

Depending on the year model of your truck, you might not need to adjust the headlights at all, rather, lift the rear end of your truck to get rid of that factory sag.
My '11's headlights were useless and pointing at the sky and oncoming motorists when I got it. The fix for me, tho, was a lift block kit for the rear axle to get the truck back to level.
