I want to know your opinions about the right gears for a V10 on the 31.5" OEM
wheels, to keep it simple.
The datas are: No towing, a lot town driving, less highway, no top speed
The goal: Only accelaration
I knew that a lot people swear on 4.10 and others on 4.30, but whats definitive the best gear for daily driving and hard stop light racing in our v10s?
Any help and thoughts are appreciated.
I know that we all have different tire sized and specialized gearing so I just want to brake it down
to best gear for the OEM wheels.

Only goal is acceleration with no mind to top speed and rarely on the highway? 4.56's. You'll hole-shot people like no other in between lights and around town. The torque multiplication is going to make city driving require just your small toe to accelerate.
With limited hwy in mind go 4.30. the X will get better mileage due to it not working as hard! I would go so far as to say even 4.56`s wouldn`t be out of the question! after the 4.30 swap I kind of wish I would have gone 4.56.
Ok guys...thanks a lot for your hints so far.
Im going to 37" tires in two a three month after the winter season, so I will get 5.13 which will gives me a OEM gear of about 4.40 if im right.
Seems to be a good compromise to me.
I ran 4.88s for 2 years and 15,000 miles with 32" (275/65R18Es) and it was a lot of fun! Would come off the line very hard (for a 7k truck) with that setup, Shocked more than few Mall Crawlers at stop lights during that time.

I run 37" tires with stock 4.30 gears: It's no rocket ship BUT it will get out of it's own way When I tow 10 -12K the cruse will kick out on steep grades, but the most it has ever reduced my speed to was 45 MPH.
