I've had an inchannel one fall out on me, but fortunately not while I was driving.
Note that his was on a different vehicle, so not directly comparable to the Super Duty.
I ended up removing the inchannel visors from the two front windows, and leaving the in channel visors in the rear windows, since the rear window versions attached with an extra spring clip that held them in the channel, and, the rear windows are not operated fully down, nor as frequently.

Weathertech.com is where I have ordered mine. Otherwise local upfitters can get them as well. Even the local dealership has them available here.

I don't like the tape on ones....if they break you have t try and get the tape off to put new ones on...how many vehicles do you see with broken vent visors on the road???? I see lots....
I have found the weathertechs are also more apt to handle ice scrape slips/strikes than the flimsy tape on ones... (I have had more than 1 break this way.)
I have had weathertechs on my 92 f350, 07 focus se, 07 focus ses, 2013 focus st, and now my 97 f-350.... I won't buy any other brand.
