It will tell you on the sticker on the radiator support. But usually they are not the ones to use anymore. Technology has advanced enough where you can use platinum plugs and not have to change them as often.
Jut go to a site like advance, autozone, napaonline, etc and plug in your truck and choose which plugs you want to run. It's going to be a little bit like tires and batteries. You will get a lot of different opinions, everyone has their favorite brand.
Just remember, if you want to use the old regular plugs and change them out on a regular basis, get the cheaper regular plugs. If you want them to wear longer, you can get the single platinum plugs, or the double platinum plugs.
