I was running one of the preloaded tunes from SCT on the X4 Flash for a couple months. last night I ordered a Looney Wild tune. today I returned my vehivle to stock, updated my programmer, loaded the custom tune, and now when I try to program my truck I get the general error code 11020. the firmware version on my programmer says 1.1.1.5 build 11. any help?

 

Use the support number from SCT or when you bought the tune from?

 

its the tuner. the firmware version is 1.1.1.5 build 11 when I think it needs to be build 12.
