head removal

anyone tried to remove the heads in vehicle. I recall seeing a special home made
bracket/plate that can allow removal...
any ideas would be welcome....

OTC bracket 303-759. I think the motorcraft number is the same also. I was able to use the one at the dealer I frequent all the time. There is someone here or the diesel garage that makes them.
