Belated good morning to all of those on the West Side, to those in the middle its lunch time, to those in the East Lunch is over, now get back to the game or whatever you do on Sunday afternoon. Duck hunting was a bust this morning. I think all the ducks drowned.
National Weather Service Alert is hinting that I may be able to go fishing from my front porch sometime in the next couple of days.
No wind warning here Chis, they must think the Coast Range Mountains are going to block it from us.

Afternoon Folks!
Figured I would drop in and say hi from Ft. Benning, Georgia. Currently in MOS training, ive graduated the basic portion of my OSUT (one station unit training) as a 19D Calvary Scout. This is most definitely the hardest thing ive ever done but its gotten easier as new Army regs protect us more.
It's definitely changed my perspective on things and made me a good deal more grateful for what I had before I joined and shipped. Ill be home for holiday block leave in less than 15 days, and go back right after new years to finish up training. My first duty station ATM is Ft. Carson, Colorado.
Anyhow, ill be able to post a bit more closer 'round the holidays!

Hey, looks like Dustin is alive and well! CSC would be a real kick in the azz. Like Roy said, bust azz and it absolutely will pay off. Having said that, I really do not envy anyone who has to visit Ft. Benning, but at least you are not there during the red flag summer days. I presume they still have the old Worlds Fair Towers that some folks can get a free "E" ticket ride on.....The Military Museum there is a really neat site too, but I'll bet you've already gone through that.
