Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Just getting home from the Sportsmen's Association meeting. Now I have to hurry off to bed as I have to be up at O dark thirty so I can make the trip into the VA Hospital in PDX for an "out patient" procedure.
Naw...it new "in thing", the "Sweedish" look of the day. The Diego they are talking about was Diego Garcia out in the Indian Ocean. At the time there were no females on the base or the Islands at all. We slept on a piece of plywood on 3' stilts covered in mosquito netting. And that followed 3 weeks of flying missions out of Bandar Abbas Iran, where you didn't dare even approach the females for fear of getting shot, courts martialed or just flat disappearing forever and not necessarily in that order.

Was off line for a few. Had to get a new Cable Modem/WiFi set up and registered with the ISP. The old one was way to outdated.
Thanks, I always look so forward to the drive into PDX and the procedures that take place once I'm there. I think a root canal would be much preferred.
Everything seems to be up and running and the speed test is showing numbers like I've not seen in a long time, so it is off to bed.

Yesterday as I left the house for church around 9am, I pulled out onto the highway and all I could see was elk....I pulled up about 100 yards, stopped and waited for them to get across the road...and waited...and waited....lol... probably 150 or so in that bunch...
A yearling got her back hoof tangled in the top wire of the neighbors fence..high tensile steel. Two other guys stopped, the elk behaved, and we managed to get her loose and on her way. While we were doing that, at least 50 more crossed the road behind us. Quite a sight!!! That was pretty cool.

Good morning Tiny, Pat and those to follow. Had some luck at the dentist no root canal tooth ground and have a temporary crown and the filling that was done was not as bad as thought
