Locked the hubs in, put her in 4wd and used the GPS under full IFR.
Felt a couple of bumps, but had no strange dents, no foreign pieces of metal entangled on the undercarriage or the brush guard and no blood dripping from anywhere on the pickup. No sirens screaming passed the house so all must be good.

Jim, radar is a good solution. better yet is a copilot, one that walks in front of the vehicle and gives you directions as you crawl along at 2mph.
Don, Im hoping to head your way either this sunday or monday, I have those two days off and open. Jut need confirmation from me ma on it...... she inst real find of long trips over something "as silly as a truck."

Looks like we are getting close to maybe saying good bye to Dr. John. I think he has lost his marbles. Kate Brown is saying he called her home from Washington D.C. then asked her why she came back from D.C.?????????
I knew him down in Roseburg when he was a Senator and worked, (well was supposed to work) at Douglas Community Hospital E.R.. Thinking back to talking to him around the Hospital and the Harvard Urgent Care Center and comparing that to talking to him last year in Salem and watching him on TV, I really think he has some problems that he and his closest people are trying to keep quiet. Browns statements only confirm it for me.

I mentioned maybe getting rid of the Sable the other day and the Warden taking over the Mazda Protégé we got a year and a half ago from her mother and now just sits in storage. Sable is getting old and tired with right at 200K on it. The Warden has now confined me to solitary for the next 30 days.
