If you want a really good deal, buy his 88 chebby too! 1988 chebby 3/4 ton with a Motor Works rebuilt 350 with less than 40,000 miles, headers, dual exhaust, etc. Has a bad 5 speed, but the engine runs STRONG! He said $2,000 for both...

If I did that I wouldnt be able to fix the 68....lol....
Havent been working for awhile, plus the school is telling us we need to shell out a couple hundred for graduation each. I live in the stupid contamination zone. thankfully I have some immunity.

You could drop the 350 from the 88 in and have the 68 driving in one weekend...

The rust free body panels on the 88 should help pay for the swap too!

Considering I also just got an offer for a stright across swap for a better truck, I may have to see what i have in savings and see when I can make a run over there.

I should probably wait until Im working part time again. maybe...

Ill have an answer by the end of the day.

I've done several chop tops over the years but don't want to do another one. If we buy that 51, I'll keep it stock. Maybe...................lol
