Morning Pat. It was 68 here yesterday. T-shirt weather and will be again today!

You couldn't pay me enough to live back East, with all the whiners.................lol

When we lived on Tollgate Mountain years ago we got 10-12 FEET of snow every winter...I don't remember anybody whining about that...

Mid 50's here today, and 60 tomorrow. I'm taking a half day off tomorrow, to go home and get some work done on the 67 while it's nice!

Oh, then that's not too bad. I had to go under my mom's place once. It, quite frankly, sucked. I don't like spiders, and the damn things were everywhere!

I've been under hundreds of houses, and some of them can be a real pain in the butt. These homes were build by the Government and they did them right...
