Idle on 460?

Idle on 460?
What should the Idle be on a 92' 460?
Mine starts up cold to about 1200 then drops to about 700 in about 3 seconds. no high idle when cold and sometimes the idle will be around 650. is that too low? I see some videos where they idle around 1000 in park.

If you unplug the IAC, does the engine idle down or stall?
When was the last time the IAC was removed and cleaned properly?
If you clean it, use brake cleaner, or electronic cleaner and some Q-tips.
Also, does it look like the Throttle Stop Screw has been tampered with? It came from the factory with a painted loctite.
