will not idle when cold
its my dads '00 f-150 4.6L
when its cold it wont idle when you first go to fire it up.
you have to rev it once or twice before it will idle.
If you dont it dies. it will fire right back up but it wont idle
if its cold. Any ideas as to whats going on?
