engine hours

is 5200 engine hours to much on a 6.0? I bought a truck with 115,000 miles and 5200 hours. Runs fine, and I realize this is a lot of idling. Just curious where a line is drawn.

If I'm calculating it correctly that's around 22 mph. That's quite a bit of idle time....

I wouldn't sweat it.

Now that you have it, just maintain it and romp the throttle every now and then to exercise the turbo and blow out the cobwebs.
