Dtc
Hey guys I got some dtc first time I hooked up the tuner and from what I read it is an exhaust circulation malfunction any ideas as to what I'm going to have to replace?

Give us the codes and perhaps we can help. We also need to know truck, make, model, year, mods you have done ect.

Do you have am EGR delete kit? Both codes are low EGR flow, of exhaust in the he intake. It is taking MAP, Baro, EBP and IAT2 readings and finding no exhaust flow into the intake? So, two guesses, either your EHR valve is stuck closed, or EHR deleted? If you have it, try pulling amd cleaning? If you don't, to get the code issue dealt with you need a tuner to stop the codes. If you clean the EGR and it doesn't help, may need a new EGR valve but first things first.

Your EGR delete is causing those codes. Either buy an EGR valve and plug it in, then lay it on top of motor..... or buy a tuner to ignore EGR.

The EGR valve needs to be electrically connected for proper fan operation. It can just lay in the valley.
EDIT: I didn't realize you already had a tuner, do you have the option to ignore EGR?

What kind of tuner do you have? It may be able to "turn off" the EGR or custom tunes are available for some models that will definitely do it for you.

Not having the EGR plugged in doesn't allow the fan clutch to function properly.

SCT tuner should have the function to disable EGR so that it doesn't set a CEL.

But the valve still needs to be plugged in
the PCM looks for it. If not there you may get
some odd fan operations.

You might have to use the data logging software package.
Never used it myself so I don't know for sure.
