Codes
So I installed my Evolution tuner and it pulls up 3 codes. when i clear them they come right back does anyone have any ideas whats causing it.. the codes are P0407, P0488, P1000.

It is plugged in.. at one point i disconnected it for a few days but it has been plugged in for over 1000 miles now

have you tried to remove the tunner and return to stock to see if problem goes away

The codes still remain.. tuner or not.. there is no CEL on the dash. they are just stored

could be stored from being unplugged did you erase them

I erased them through the Tuner but they stay there. to include the P1000

There is no CEL light, it is just stored in the PCM
