Is this the fix to a floppy shift lever?
How much play is normally in a good shift lever?
I might wanna mess with my shift lever, relocate the OD OFF light to the dashboard. (Can't easily see it from my seating position.)

This is not the way to fix a sloppy shift lever, that involves tightening the two Torx screws UNDER the dash. But, after putting in the new shift lever it does seem to be a little tighter when shifting to and from park...which is a good thing.
