instrument panel differences

What are the differences between the 67-72 instrument panel gauges and our gauges?

I have seen a few pictures, but I have been unable to get a look at them directly and in person.

I was just wondering how hard it would be to convert 67-72 over to our trucks...specifically mine (66).

Thanks.
Bob

They're closer to 73 - 79 style, unless you get them from a F600, in which case they are easily adaptable & should work if you get senders with the righr values & parameters for what ever F600 guages you happen to have. Forget the Air Pressure gauge, you can't use it anyway.

I have used Econoline Guages in a "one off" cluster face which I fabricated. They worked good.

But this time I am shortening a 79 Air Dash to fit my 65 F100 cab, so I have indash A/C registers, and controls. I can also hook up a 79 tilt column better with 79 dash. Also better tunes mounting, bigger glove box, better configuration & Pad arrangement too.

It's a lot of work, but it will be removeable when I am done, just like it was in the 79 F150 Ranger XLT I got it out of. . . .FBp
