Transfer case?
I bought a 2010 f150 from the company I work for.... It had a blown front diff, when I bought it, I just put a complete front diff assembly and front drive shaft on it....thought I was golden ,,,, but when I accelerate fast there is a slipping/ snapping noise which sounds like it's coming from transfer case area... Accelerate slow and steady up to highway speeds it doesn't happen...this problem only happens in four wheel drive....any idea what this could be!???

Hrmmm...no idea. Did you verify that the front differential was bad?
AlaskanEx is having a similar problem with his '11. It's still under warranty and going into the shop soon. His transfer case is different than yours, but the issue may be similar.

Ya I took the front diff cover off and it was piled up pretty bad along with the pinion bearing...not a drop of oil in it, between Google and this forum it's looking like my t case is damaged also, may have occur when the front diff locked up, time to take it to the experts to figure this out for sure be fore I swap it out though
