Door handle Regulators...WTF.

Anyone have a source for a set of door handle regulators for an 80-86 truck? I know LMC sells them, but at 50 bucks each, I'll keep opening the window

Both of mine snapped within a day of each other. up here in WNY, there are like 4 trucks in the boneyards I can pull them from and all of them are cracked, or almost cracked. The handles are fine, just 1/2 of the U-shaped thing the handle bolts to are broken.

Can anyone help with a source for them.....or has a pair you have been kicking around and want to get rid of?

Thanks in advance!

Welcome to FTE

Are your referring to 21818 in this parts catalog pic?

If so, this is the door lock remote control, specific to the right and left sides.

Same: 1980/91 F100/350, F(Super Duty) & Bronco, also same for 1980/97 F250/350 Crew Cab rear doors.

Edit: Both are available from Ford and if you think LMC is expensive at 50 bucks...

The right side (EOTZ-1021818-B) is $158.13 .. the left side (EOTZ-1021819-B) is $335.45 .. I kid you not!

That would be the one! Only issue is the ones in the yards here are all in as bad of shape or worse than the ones in my truck. And if I fix it with a weld and it breaks again, I'll never hear the end of it from the wife.....

You are right.....I do not like it LOL!

Looks like the 50 bucks at LMC is not too bad. I wish Doorman had a listing for them...I have access to an account with them.

I bought a pair off of ebay , still in the ford bags, for $70.00 for both. The seller was "azpetrified" . Free shipping had them in 3 day. Completely satisfied.

I've bought stuff from that guy before too. Except I bought parts for a couple Briggs&Stratton's. Good seller.
