Code 0603 need help

Scanned my 04 6.0 yesterday had codes 0299 tc underboost and 0603 internal control module.The turbo code I have had for awhile and truck was blowing blue smoke when cold.Replaced turbo today but havnt had chance to rescan or clear codes.Test drove truck briefly had no smoke.Wondering what the code is about.Diesel mechanic at dealer is friend of mine said usually caused by dead batterys.Those are fairly new maybe 2 years old.Truck recently had new fuel pump,ficm and front fuel tank and number3 injector replaced.Just a little info.Any held is appreciated thanks in advance.

Disconnected batteries can cause the P0603

DTC P0603
How Set C - Continuous Operation
Condition DescriptionPowertrain Control Module Keep Alive Memory (KAM) Error
Fault Trigger/Comments .No historical faults output during self test
Probable Causes Disconnected/Discharged Battery, Open PCM pin, faulty PCM.

I disconnected them when I did the ficm.But I cleared the codes yesterday and it came back.Also have low glow plug circuit 8 forgot to mention that also

Also truck seems still to still be a little sluggish after I did the turbo today.I located my pcm in the tech folder will check those connectors tomorrow.

not related to the code but truck is better

Found the problem the pigtail on the fuel pump on frame rail.Dont know if it corrosion or broken wire.Wasnt providing full power to pump and was losing fuel pressure.Truck stalled this morning and wouldn't re fire.Opened top fuel bowl no fuel pushing to it.after unplugging and repluging in pump few times turned key and it started pushing fuel again.Went to dealer got new pigtail its the 2 into 1 lm refering to and all seems good.The codes are gone and truck is running strong.Thanks guys for the help you provided.
