Maybe this will work?....nope. I am guessing free wheeling package and the indian and horse are a PO installed decal.
John I saved the pic you emailed me to my doc's and to my pic folder and the FTE site will not let me upload it, it keeps saying "fail to load".
So looks like I failed to reach the proper altitude for a retro rocket burn, prior to de-coupling of the knuter valve.
I am about as computer challenged as they come.

Looks like some version of a free wheeling package to me. Is the horse painted on or is it a sticker? Maybe if the door has a VIN plate still we can find out where it came from and go from there?

That tag on the door is NOT a vin plate, it is a WARRANTY TAG. Number Dummy has only told us this a 1000 times.

Stripe is probably TYPE 9 as the colors seem to match. Doesn't show the horse and rider, but parts catalog pics of stripe kits may not show all the details.

Who knows what the "package" is, but I have seen pics of the Pace Truck with the black bumpers and OEM push guard....

The horse and rider is from a painting called "End Of The Trail" by somebody famous, like Charlie Russell probably.
By the looks of it, that truck was probably at the end of the trail, too.

Black bumpers front and rear, Dual black low mount western style mirrors, (5) 15x6 painted steel wheels in either white or chrome yellow with L78x15 raised white letter tires and of course the custom chromatic tape stripe found on the black Bronco. There were also 2 other stripe color combinations, Orange/Tan/Creme or Blue/White/Green.
