The Ford T-stat is what most run, despite it running cold again soon - for some.
With the Winter Front AND your very cold air temps - it's sort of hard to tell how those would effect your actual temps..

Hard to believe you only have 35k miles - you need to drive it more..

After sitting a day or so, before starting the engine - compare your ECT, EOT and TFT to verify your sensors are close to each other - and the outside air temp, before you decide to do anything - sometimes, the sensors are OFF and you replace parts with no effect..

There is an on-going thread about the Mishimoto 200 degree t-stat, it looked promising at keeping the temps up, but now a number of folks are having issues with fitment and/or temps falling even lower.. so there is no 100% clear winner. The Ford t-stat is cheaper and known to fit/work, but with your outdoor temps, you might do all the work and find nothing changed.. If you have a nice heated garage to work in, it might be worth swapping in a new Ford OEM.. otherwise, for 4 degrees I'd just deal with it until it's warmer outside.

Oem part # 8575

Not sure on the international.

I'd stay away from mishimoto as some are not fitting in the housing ... like mine
