I have an 04 f350 6.0 that I recently did egr delete, new oil cooler, new icp sensor and upgraded ficm from ed. I've been running the truck with these upgrades for 300 miles or so with no problems. I went to start the truck yesterday 50° outside and it wouldnt start. It turned over fine and produced alot of white smoke that smelled like fuel but no start. Hpop was at 1800 psi, ficm at 48 volts and cycled glow plugs. I shot a tiny shot of starting fluid and it started right up. Checked codes and had two for the egr (havent gotten a tuner yet to delete the egr), and p0197 which says the oil temp is too low. It started fine the rest of the day, however it did the same thing this morning. I have to order the sensor but has anyone had this problem or think the sensor could cause a no cold start? Also, my fan runs constantly but I havent been able to check yet what the problem is there. It started doing the other day but I wouldn't think the sensor reading the temp low would make the fan come on. I'll deal with one thing at a time I guess.
The fan running non stop is more than likely due to the EGR delete without the tuner to turn off the EGR logic.
The low oil pressure has zero to do with the EGR delete unless you have a massive oil leak. You need to verify oil flow. An easy way to do this is to pull the oil filter and use an extension to push the drain valve shut in the bottom of the filter housing. Use the starter solenoid wire on the passenger fender well to turn the engine over. If the filter housing fills fairly quickly with oil you have a sensor or wiring issue. If it doesn't fill fairly quickly you have an oil pump issue.
There could be a few issues. A stuck regulator piston in the front cover could be the cause or it could be a busted oil pump.

Are you saying low oil pressure because of the no start or the code? Because the code is low oil temperature, not pressure, and my hpop is 1800+ psi while cranking. Just making sure I know where to start from.
I just went out to recheck some diagnostics with the truck and still no start. My icp psi shot right up to 1800+ psi but my ipr % went right to 60% while cranking. I thought the % was supposed to be either 15 or 85% but im still trying to do some research. Thanks guys
