I settled on the Felpro rubber with steel insert gaskets. I especially like that fact that they are reusable.

Thanks to all for the feedback and input. It is appreciated.

I just used contact cement to stick them to the valve covers. I've read of people having those rubber gaskets leak. It's because they tighten them too much. Hand tight is enough.

Yep, it's a classic mistake. "Don't want this to leak, so I better crank 'em down tight!" Then they leak, so... better crank 'em down some more..
