I have a pair of window motors they look like the ones mid 50's has my doors have no parts in them. I have the vent windows and a new division bar kit. to put in I am ordering all new glass for it. so I think I have to wait to put the motors in until I get the glass I think it has to go in from the door panel hole. I could use a little help on what would be the right way to do this
I have the solid windows in my panel with electric motors from EZwiring, the glass is installed through the top and turned inside the door and positioned in the runners, not sure if the stock glass goes in the same way .
I also used power window motors similar to the ones EZwiring sells. I removed the 56 regulators completely, don't need them with these motors. My divider and wind wings remained. You can see my install in my "Making Changes" gallery. If you need the stock regulators, PM me.
