Alright guys I need help I'm pulling my hair out right now. I've got a 2004 F350 with the 6.0 and yesterday I did the blue spring upgrade kit with the regulator. Well I have a fuel line leaking on the upper filter housing where the back to fuel lines are located. I checked if it was loose and it was not. I can not find anything on the internet, google, here, or an auto parts store with the O-Rings for those two fuel lines. Does anyone have a part number or at least what the techinical name for the line o rings to look them up at a parts store?
The 03-04 filter uses screw on fuel lines. Banjo fittings came out in 05.
Ford it seems thought thoes o-rings would never need changeing. I could not find any either. Finaly had to dig into my o-ring assortment and found some that would fit.
Only other option was new lines.
Sorry I had a picture but I can't get it to attach.
This is so frustrating, it's not a terrible leak but your finger will get wet if you put your finger on it at idle, which it's most likely worse under load. My biggest fear is it causing a lean condition and making a big old kaboom! I'm trying to rush to get this fixed before this coming weekend because I'm taking a 16 hour round trip to get a new race car.

It shouldn't get any worse under load as the highest fuel line pressure is at idle. You might try your local hydraulic hose shop to see if the have an oring that will fit.
Obvious question maybe, but the blue spring kit comes with a bunch of o-rings... did you check if one of those will work? Or did you replace one with a new o-ring from the kit and that's the problem?

When I got the blue spring kit it just came with the nessasary O-rings for just the fuel pressure regulator and the fuel return line. It did not come with extras for the other two lines.
