It's a way to say thank you for helping someone out the more green squares the more folks you helped
To add reps you click the scale thing in the dark blue line at top of post you can also add a comment they can read in there user panel

Haha--that's an understatement 
If I had the time and money I'd be tearing it apart and putting it back together every weekend LOL. I do hate the airbox. I dont know why but every time I pull that thing ot takes forever.

I don't think it shows up in mobile mode but when you're on your phone if you scroll down in the bottom of the page it'll gave you the option to view the full site
Click on view the full site and it will show up just as it does on your computer
I don't like the mobile version so I always click on view full site that way I can see who's the thread it is instead of just to the last poster if that makes sense
